At Home Learning 3/23-3/27

Dear SCPS Families,

As we prepare for this week of at-home learning (March 23-27), resources are now available in your child’s SCPS Portal.  These resources are accessible to students on any Internet-connected device. To access the Portal, visit www.scps.k12.fl.us and click on “The Portal” in the upper right corner.  Student logins are formatted as StudentID@student.myscps.us.  If you need assistance logging in, contact the SCPS Help Desk at
(407)320-0350.

Once logged into the portal, students will see the following tiles:

*At-Home Learning Elementary

*At-Home Learning Secondary

Students can then select the tile for their level to see day-by-day at-home learning activities to stay actively engaged. These at-home learning activities are designed to be completed independently by students with support from parents/caregivers.  Teachers will not review or grade students’ at-home work completed during the week of March 23-27.

Elementary students wishing to engage in at-home learning who do not have Internet access may pick up an at-home learning packet from any of the meal distribution sites. A list of meal distribution sites can be found HERE.

If you have not already, you will soon hear from your child’s teacher(s) regarding Distance Learning structures, expectations, guidelines, and supports.  Teacher-facilitated distance learning will begin for all students on Monday, March 30, 2020.
