SCPS Student Support Services Transition Fall Festival

About This Event

Dear SCPS Families and Students, 

The Transition Fall Festival is for families of all students with disabilities that have an IEP or Section 504 Plan, in grades K-12, who want information on a path to support their child while in school. The resources provided by community agencies at the Festival help families and students plan their future as they transition to adult life, educational, and/or work environments.

WHAT: 2021 SCPS Student Support Services Transition Fall Festival

WHEN: Saturday, November 13th: 9:00am-12:00pm

WHERE: Winter Springs High School Courtyard

TARGET AUDIENCE: Families of students on a IEP or 504 Plan. Grades K-12. 


Vocational Rehabilitation, area colleges, vocational schools, disability support services, recreational programs, health & wellness, family support services, job training programs and other community agencies are providing valuable information to K-12 grade students and families in order to assist them in planning for the future. 


Live sessions with detailed information on the following topics will be featured:

* Agency for Persons with Disabilities

* Project 10: Transition Education Network

* Vocational Rehabilitation - Pre-Employment and VR Transition Services
