Greetings, Bear Family!

Happy New School Year and Welcome Back.

Last school year, Winter Springs High School began utilizing the MiNGA Campus Management Platform to track student tardies. The platform was rolled out into two phases:

Phase 1:

MiNGA used by Administration and Security

Tardy to School ONLY

November 6th through December 20th

Phase 2:

MiNGA used by Administration and Security

Tardy Sweeps

January 2024 through May 2024

We will roll out Phase 3 this school year. Phase 3 will consist of the following:

Phase 3:  PILOT PROGRAM WITH SOME *NOT ALL' TEACHERS!

MiNGA will be piloted and used by (12) Teachers (Adamson, Bergman, Crowe, Cummiskey, French, Gaskill, Lord, Petro, Seykoski, Tweed, Wilkerson, and N. Williams)

Digital Hall Pass - Minga’s real-time hallway dashboard gives staff visibility into every active digital hall pass on campus, while the powerful reporting engine lets admins quickly gain insights into hallway use and abuse.

Benefits of the digital hall pass:

  1. A detailed record of every Hall Pass used on campus.
  2. Live countdown timers increase student accountability.
  3. Manage hallway access by the student, time, reason, location, and more.

TIMELINE of PILOT PROGRAM - August 2024 through December 2024
